Pressurized Soft-Serve Ice Cream / Yogurt Freezers

Pressurized soft serve freezers generally have a higher hourly production capacity than gravity-fed ones.
There are two main advantages to a pressurized soft serve freezer over a gravity fed one that are quite important to you, the retailer:
  1. Pressurized freezers only need to be cleaned and sanitized once a week (vs. twice a week on a gravity fed freezer).
  2. A pressurized freezer can get 20% more servings from the same quantity of ice cream mix than a gravity-fed freezer. It's like getting every fifth case of ice cream mix comped by the dairy!
