No more standing over the bucket at extrusion time with a spatula to fold in your variegate; simply add your nuts, cookies or chocolate chips into the hopper a few minutes before the end of the cycle & your frozen treat will extrude already fully mixed!
Did you run out of a flavor? Our full line of vertical batch freezers can extrude at temperatures as low as 19°, allowing you in some instances to go directly from batch freezer to display cabinet, bypassing the hardening cabinet process.
